A 2-and-a-half-day AI-first event for the Microsoft community focused to define the opportunities, impact, and outcomes of AI Agent & Copilot solutions from Microsoft produced by Dynamic Communities (the same company that produces Community Summit NA) running March 2025 in San Diego, CA.

Business, finance, technology, revenue, marketing, operations, and other professionals who are trying to define the best way to use AI in their business.

This is the premise of the community events produced by Dynamic Communities, where volunteer programming committees work to define the agenda as the user and partner community submits session and speaking ideas that they evaluate for inclusion in the education and training program.

Community Summit NA is the largest community innovation, education, and training event for Microsoft business applications, specifically focused on Dynamics and Power Platform products—essentially a Dynamics-first event, while AI Agent & Copilot Summit is an AI-first event, that will lead with Agent & Copilot with supporting sessions on Dynamics, Power Platform, Fabric, M365, and more.

That is a call you will have to make, but if there is potential to join us for both AI Agent & Copilot and Community Summit, you will get a very well-rounded understanding of the entire landscape of the ERP, Low Code/No Code, Data and AI space, and how all of them together can help modernize, optimize, and prioritize how work gets done.

There are several community events that run in the first half of the calendar year (April & May specifically) for the community, and we did not want to disrupt those, therefore, March was a great option for the community to participate as speakers, attendees, and sponsors.

Summit NA in the fall has over 600 sessions, 500+ speakers, 30+ Academy Classes, Tech Medic Desks, UG General Sessions and more, all packed into 5-days, so while there will be AI related sessions, we do not think Agents & Copilot should “take over” this “Dynamics and Power Platform first” event.

The entire agenda for AI Agent & Copilot Summit starts with an open call for speakers, which generated more than 150 responses this year. Those speaker submissions are analyzed by the Programming Committee Board, who select the speakers and sessions that create the main stage and breakout master class sessions for the event.

The themes for the event were created after the call for speakers closed and are based on the aggregate of sessions submitted by the community and then organized into main stage speaking session and master class breakout sessions. The themes include (1) building Agents & Copilots (2) using Agents & Copilots in Dynamics 365 (3) AI data readiness & modernization (4) using Agents & Copilots in Power Platform (5) using Agents & Copilots in M365 Modern Work and (6) Responsible AI and Cybersecurity.
