The Programming Committee Board (PCB) is a volunteer-based group of community members that help to define the tone, agenda, speakers, and strategy of AI Agent & Copilot Summit NA as an AI-first innovation, education and training event serving the Microsoft business applications ecosystem and more. The 2026 AI Agent & Copilot PCB includes a mix of Microsoft, User, Academia, and Partner representatives to deliver a true community event program (in alpha by last name below):

Programming Committee Board

The Programming Committee Board (PCB) selects the sessions and speakers to fill the AI Agent & Copilot Summit agenda sourced from an open “Call for Speakers” submission process.

Timing:

6/27/25: Submission to join board deadline
7/1/25: Call for Speakers open
11/1/25 : Draft Agenda: (main stage, masterclasses)
11/5/25: Call for Speakers deadline
11/21/25: Top 15 speaker/session selections per board member
12/5/25: Agenda, Speakers & Sessions Published

Responsibilities & benefits include:

Co-create strategy and agenda topics
Keynote/featured speaker selection
Call for speakers & education session selection
45-minute planning calls 6X a year
Free pass to the event

Nomination Process

Please complete this short form to nominate yourself or someone you think would be a great member of this programming committee board for Copilot Summit NA. There will be approximately 12 members of the board, and it will be comprised of a diverse group to create the greatest possible representation of the community.
