A 2-day “for user, by user” AI-first event for the Microsoft business applications community focused on education and training around Copilot products from Microsoft produced by Dynamic Communities (the same company that produces Community Summit NA) running March 17-19, 2025 in San Diego, CA.

Business, finance, technology, revenue, marketing, operations, and other professionals trying to define the best way to use Copilot in their business, especially as many have become “Citizen Developers.” 

This is the premise of the community events produced by Dynamic Communities, where volunteer programming committees work to define the agenda as the user community submits session and speaking ideas that they evaluate for inclusion in the education and training program. 

Community Summit NA is the largest independent innovation, education, and training event for Microsoft business applications, specifically focused on Dynamics and Power Platform products—essentially a Dynamics-first event, while Copilot Summit NA is an AI-first event, that will lead with Copilot and then back into its impact on Dynamics, Power Platform, Fabric and more. 

That is a call you will have to make, but if there is potential to join us for both Copilot and Community Summit you will get a very well-rounded understanding of the entire landscape of the ERP, Low Code/No Code, Data and AI space, and how all of them together can help modernize, optimize, and prioritize how work gets done. 

There are several community events that run in the first half of the calendar year (April & May specifically) for users and for partners, and we did not want to disrupt those, therefore, March was a great option for the community to participate if they are able. 

Summit NA in the fall has over 600 sessions, 500+ speakers, 30+ Academy Classes, Tech Medic Desks, UG General Sessions and more, all packed into 5-days, so while there will be Copilot related sessions, we do not think Copilot should “take over” this “Dynamics and Power Platform first” event.

Like Community Summit North America, the largest independent innovation, education, and training event for Microsoft business applications that runs every October, we will be building the entire agenda for Copilot Summit NA with the user community through a call for speakers process, programming committees and collaboration with Microsoft.
