Dynamic Communities’ AI Agent & Copilot Summit Registration Policy:

• Registration is transferable to another individual if submitted in writing to summitnahelp@dynamiccommunities.com, until the start of the event.
• Reservations made up to March 28th, 2027, are eligible for:
  • Transfer to a colleague or team member, or apply it to the AI Agent & Copilot Summit 2028.
  • Refunds on cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, November 1st, 2026:
    • They will receive the refund 30 days after the request is approved, less the $100 service fee. Credit card and financial transaction fees charged by third parties are not refundable.
    • No refunds will be issued after 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, on November 1st, 2026, or to those who are no-shows at the event.
  • Reservations made on or after November 1st, 2026, are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a colleague or team member or applied to the AI Agent & Copilot Summit 2028.
  • Cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted to summitnahelp@dynamiccommunities.com. Changes or refund requests should be made in writing by email by the registrant or the credit card holder.
  • If the original payment was made by credit card, refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
  • Registrations purchased with a company credit card or reimbursed to an employee can only be transferred within the company unless the purchasing company gives written permission to release the registration.
